The Heidelberg West Business Park teamed up with Banyule City Council to commission a mural on Dougharty Road, on the Orora site wall. The wall was a frequent target for vandalism and an unattractive gateway to the Heidelberg West Business Park. It has been transformed by a local artist who has painted two native Eastern Rosella’s in their natural environment and is now a welcoming feature to the park.

The project was funded by the Victorian Government’s Community Crime Prevention Program and supported by local businesses and Council. The mural aims to address a graffiti hot spot, but also is a part of beautifying the business park to make it a more attractive and enjoyable place to work and visit.
