UGO | Cucina Popolare is the new cafe located at Cannoleria HQ 69 Sheehan Rd Heidelberg West
Cannoleria is a unique concept that specialises in the traditional Sicilian dessert, Cannoli.
Cannoleria started in 2018 after a successful collaboration between multi award-winning cheesemaker Giorgio Linguanti and Chef Dario Di Clerico. Giorgio and Dario have been working together for 4 years and share the same passion for food innovation.
Constantly developing new recipes using That’s Amore Cheese inspired a new challenge: to create the perfect authentic cannoli! This led to the creation of Cannoleria. Early 2020 due to increase of business, Cannoleria moved to bigger new facilities in Heidelberg-West (Cannoleria HQ)
In November 2020 UGO was born!
UGO is the depiction of the average Italian, strong honest loyal and ruthless at times, this reflects the offerings at UGO’s. You can expect nothing less than simple but well executed Italian food.

Eager to share his knowledge the way Nonna taught him, UGO is also launching his very own Cooking Academy, running small intimate cooking classes for beginners.

Italian Cafe open Monday to Friday (8am-4pm) for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, coffee all day.

Corporate/Private Catering available on request. check https://www.ugo.com.au/catering for full catering menu. UGO also offers a one-of-a-kind Grazing Table option served “by the meter”!
UGO is also launching small intimate cooking classes for beginners some Saturdays followed by an Italian lunch.
